Yard Waste
Bloomington and Normal
For residents of the City of Bloomington who participate in the refuse billing program, curbside pickup is available for yard waste. Acceptable waste includes unbagged tree limb and branch trimmings, leaves, firewood, brush, bush trimmings, and garden trimmings (fruits, vegetables, and flowers). For those who do not have curbside pickup service, a drop-off facility is available.

Residents of the Normal community also have curbside collection available to them. Leaves, brush, and landscape waste all must be kept separated. Grass clippings must be dropped off at the Normal Public Works facility, located at 1301 Warriner Street.
