DESCRIPTION:The Ecology Action Center\, in partnership with the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA)\, is excited to announce the return of Grow Solar BN\, a group buy program for solar! This program is for residents of Bloomington-Normal\, McLean County\, and DeWitt County.
