Whether you are starting your own restaurant or you have been at it for a while. The Ecology Action Center wants to help you make your restaurant more sustainable. Sustainability has been shown to be an important factor when people are making purchasing choices which means choosing to be more environmentally friendly not only is better for our environment but could increase your bottom line.
