JWP Audubon Summer Bird Walk 7/15

Summer is a great time for a bird walk, when you can see birds raising their young and get great looks at the family dynamics. Join us for a bird walk at Maxwell Park, which is known for its nesting bird habitat. We will meet at the pavilion (307 N. Parkside), and Dr. Given Harper will lead the walk. Bird walks are appropriate for all ages and all skill levels. (Seriously, there is no pressure to know anything about birds! We can give you some tips, or you can just walk along with us and appreciate us appreciating the birds.) We even have 5 pairs of loaner binoculars!
