The Green Screen – Water Makes Us Wet
March 19 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Illinois State University’s Center for Math, Science and Technology (CeMaST) and the Office of Sustainability invite campus and community members to the spring 2024 edition of The Green Screen: A Climate Change Film Series. Each month films feature a different topic with a focus on the global climate change crisis.
Films will be screened at 7 p.m. at the Normal Theater throughout the spring 2024 semester. All screenings are free and open to the community. Faculty and student groups are particularly encouraged to highlight these free and local opportunities for students to learn more about these sustainability topics.
With a poetic blend of curiosity, humor, sensuality, and concern, this film chronicles the pleasures and politics of H2O from an ecosexual perspective. Travel with Annie, a former sex worker, Beth, a professor, and their dog Butch, in their E.A.R.T.H. Lab mobile unit, as they explore the role of water.
