LakesFest Lake Bloomington Paddle
The 2026 Friends of EverBloom LakesFest is Friday July 31. Kyle Yap will be playing at Green Gables from 5:30-8:30PM. As an alternative to the traditional golf outing, this year there will be a casual paddle around Lake Bloomington.
Meet at 4:30PM near the boat ramps. Thanks to the Illinois Prairie Community Foundation and the Friends of EverBloom, 6 aluminum canoes including life vests and paddles are available on a first-come-first served basis. Please contact Chris Sweet ([email protected]) to reserve one. Feel free to bring your own kayak, SUP, or canoe as well. Lake Bloomington boat stickers may be required. Liability waivers will be required, but there are no fees.
